Has anyone ever stayed in a Grand Villa at BWV?

These 3-bedroom villas sound great for a large family! Can someone tell me what it is like to stay in one, what the views are like, etc. Is it next to impossible to get one by renting points?

They all have BW views and most are only one level, there are a few on the 5th floor that are 2 floors. They are HUGE, and great for a large family gathering. Actually renting points would be the only way to secure one, but you'll have to find a DVC member willing to rent points before the 11 month window, as these rooms do sell out quickly, and there is only 7 of them.

You will need to find an owner at BWV and have it all set up so he/she can call at exactly the 11 mo. date. Unless you are talking right at Christmas or 4th of July, you should be able it get it this way.

You can go on the DVC boards and find reviews and pics of the GV. Advertising for a DVC member to rent from can be done on the rent board. Try to rent from someone who has experience and a high number of posts here. There is an amount of trust involved.
