OK, I stayed up until midnight to make my Palo reservations. I got a message that I couldn't make any reservations or book shore excursions online because my cruise was either not paid in full or I didn't provide a complete birthdate for each member of my family. I know all of the birthdate information is correct, because I can see it on my reservation. I used DVC points to book this cruise, so I'm wondering if DVC has dropped the ball somewhere and DCL considers my reservation "unpaid." Oh well, I doubt if I would have gotten the reservation anyway since this is my first cruise with DCL and I had to wait until 75 days out to try to make this reservation. Off to get a good night's sleep. I'll just have to call DCL in the morning and find out what the problem is.
