Grand Reserve is in Davenport, actually at the end of Old Lake Wilson Road. The name of the villa is The Willows. We were there from Feb 26 to Mar 6 /06. The villa has 4 bedrooms plus a den with sofa bed and door so that it could easily be another bedroom. There are tvs in each bedroom and a 46" HDTV in the family room. There were alot of DVDs, VHF movies and lots of books to use. There's a large pool and spa out back and it is accessable from the master bedroom, family room and living room.
There are privacy walls on each side of the property and a dry retention area to the back. The spa was really nice in the evening when the temps dipped down too low for swimming. The villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. It has all of the appliances and gadgets that you would need. We also had free calling to anywhere in the world which was a big plus for us. It's only a couple of years old as are most of the homes in this gated community.
It took about 10 min. to drive up Old Lake Wilson Rd to get to 192, about 15 min. to Disney. It's a very easy drive with very little traffic. It was also easy to get to the eastern section of 192 using back roads and then going up Poincianna Blvd. I-4 access is only a 5 min drive at Champions Gate where there is a Publix and some fast food places also a large CVS pharmacy on the way. Also easy to get to Route 27. We were there for 9 nights and paid $1100.US and this included taxes and pool/spa heat. The owners and the management company were very nice and easy to deal with.
