Live Trip Report: Vacation no more

Hello, buenos dias, bonjour, and guttentag!

It's Disney day, and I'm a dryer full of last minute clothes away from departing to the House of Mouse. In the tradition of previous trips, I'll be doing what I can do keep a live trip report running during my stay. This will be that, and such, and things.

So, I think that should bring us all up to speed here. While I painfully wait, let's make sure I'm Disney ready:

I can now officially get in the parks. Do I really need anything else? (Yes)

T-45ish minutes until blastoff. Updates to follow. Many of them. Like, a bunch.

Have you ever gotten that feeling that you've forgotten something important as soon add you head off on vacation? It happens to me every trip. As I ran through every item I packed and should have packed, I realized I left my toothbrush, toothpaste, and deodorant sitting in a bag on my counter. No big deal, I stop at Publix to pick up water and Gatorade on every trip. I can pick up that stuff too.

Oh, no wallet. That could be a problem. Luckily I'm only four miles from home, so I head back grab my wallet and back to Publix to get the essentials.

Bathroom stuff is still sitting at home on the counter. Oh well. Disney bound.

I know it's a service dog and I know I'm not supposed to pet him, but he's adorable and I need to.

On the ferry to MK. All of this water is definitely not helping this full bladder situation.

The parade is going on. I'm trapped on the wrong side. The potential for urinary disaster has increased exponentially.

Pot roast mac and cheese, I've missed you so. You're still as delicious as I remember.

My forgetfulness continues unabated. I left all of my magic bands in the car. Smooth Corey, real smooth. New band purchased. It had black and white Mickey on it.

Looking forward to following along. Heading there next week with my oldest son for Disney Social Media Moms and his 16th birthday celebration, since I have been informed that having to celebrate his actual birthday (June 29th) overseas in a foreign country where we will be at the time would be possibly unforgivable? In any event, looking forward to a sneak peak of the current crowd level and oh my gosh that mac and cheese!

My attempts to get on some rides has hit a snag. Everything is fairly packed out. I've got some good walking in though formulating a new plan.
