If you are doing any form of exercise, or if you are buying athletic shoes for any reason, get fitted at a running store. If you have lost a lot of weight, get fitted again! I had this done almost a year (and over 100 pounds) ago. Six months later, I needed to replace my shoes, so I just ordered the same ones. They never really fit right, but I wore them anyway. I thought maybe it was the insoles, but that didn't fix the problem either. Now I am training for a 5K, so I need to make sure I have the right shoes. I went into the running store and told them my issue, and she asked if she could refit me. She said that my feet had changed, which is common wen people lose a lot of weight. I went down half a size and a width, and changed the style of shoe I needed. Unbelievable! She said her boss had lost a lot of weight and went from a 10 to an 8 1/2! This extremely long story was to say...please go to a running store and have them fit you! It will make such a huge difference!
