Free dining question

I have one question..

If we were to book a Room plus dining package for next year and then Disney comes out with the free dining option, will we receive free dining if we booked before the offer was annouced??

Maybe.
. . . you need to call the resort after the offer is announced
. . . you have to be able to get one of the quantity of rooms allotted

We book every year asap. When the free dining offer comes out, we call and apply it to our ressie. We don't pay the whole thing off until we've booked the free dining.

Just to clarify a bit further...if they release a free dining offer (or any other discount) for the dates of your visit, it doesn't get automatically applied to your reservation. You would need to call and ask them to apply the discount.

Free dining is only offered for a specific number of rooms at each resort for that date range, so when those rooms are booked up, the discount is no longer available for that resort.
