Just a FYI for all those wondering: We are annual pass holders and stayed at AKL in September. Our magicbands have worked since and are able to make reservations any day through December 13. We normally decide to go the DW the day before going and have always been able to reserve any ride that FP+ offers at any time. Hopefully this flexibility stays once the full rollout occurs. So far so good in our opinion with the last minute options.

Majority of people can not book the 1st week of December/ Could be why you are seeing a ton of availabiltiy.
