Okay, this warm weather has inspired me plus I really need to lose weight before we go to WDW in Aug, otherwise I won't be able to keep up. So, I'm going to start using my treadmill or walking outside - 2 days in a row I've walked for a half hour around the neigborhood. Gotta start somewhere right? Well on to my question. I have seriously flabby upper arms and need to do something about them. I have free weights, 5lbs I think, but I don't know what exercises to do, how many and how often. I used to belong to a gym and just used the machines there but I can't afford that membership anymore. I'm sure I'll need new weights eventually but hopefully the ones I have will be a good start. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
