DCL has released some GTY rates lately. Any idea if they will also release FL resident rates?

there is one out there right now. 9/28/13 on the 7-Night Western, 7A for $130 a night, out of Port Canaveral
We are looking for the October sailings. We got a great deal last year & hopeful they will run some specials again.
DCL doesn't seem to be offering as many of the "special" offers (KSF, FL resident) since starting the last-minute restricted *GT fares. More people can do the last minute fares than the offers, since not everyone is a FL resident or has kids.
When did they start the *GT fares & how far in advance do they usually offer them? Thanks for the feedback.
Not sure when they started (I want to say a year or so?). They are offered on those cruises that aren't selling well, so, not all cruises will have them. Prices come out, generally after the PIF date. You can only select a type of room (Interior - IGT; Oceanview - OGT; Verandah - VGT), not a category (i.e., 8A, 5B, etc)
There are many restrictions (the most important being you must pay in full at booking, and there are no refunds):
New bookings only. Existing reservations cannot be modified to these new categories.
You are reserving a stateroom within the selected stateroom type: Inside, Oceanview or Verandah*.
Disney Cruise Line will assign your specific stateroom at a later time, based on remaining availability.
Specific stateroom requests will not be accommodated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all Guests and is non-refundable.
Sail date and stateroom category changes are not permitted.
The stateroom offer cannot be combined with any other discounted or promotional offer.
Full legal names of all Guests are required at time of booking and no name changes are allowed.
* Most Verandah staterooms include a private verandah with a clear plexiglass wall; some may include a solid white wall depending upon location. A limited number of Oceanview and Verandah staterooms may include a partially obstructed view.
Thanks for the info. Hopeful to find something good soon.
