Finding Dory review

I am indeed excited about this movie - the previews look great. And, I didn't realize that it's been 13 years since "Finding Nemo" hit theaters! Where does the time go?! Looking forward to its release next week!

We got to watch an advanced screening of Finding Dory yesterday. It was a really good movie and sequel! Great for audiences of all ages. Cute, funny, and heart-warming.

My fiance and I are so excited for Finding Dory! Worth seeing??

I just saw it this afternoon. It's a beautiful movie! And be sure to STAY FOR THE CREDITS because there is a bonus scene at the end.

Saw it today with the NE DISers. I enjoyed it. I was glad that the movie made sense without having to watch Finding Nemo. I never saw Finding Nemo. I also appreciate the fact that the movie is good for young kids. I would have no problem taking my 4 year old niece to this movie. There really weren't any scary parts and no bad language.

Saw it today. Soooo good!! I'm glad we stayed for the little surprise scene after the credits!

Aww poop we didn't!!!! I knew we should have but my family is so gosh darn impatient!
Oh, too bad! I wouldn't have even known except they showed a little pre show interview with a couple of the creators and they said to stay till the very end of the credits.

I always stay until the end of the credits because I like to count the production babies. (34 for Finding Dory BTW)

There is a website called "afterthecredits" or something like that that will tell you what the scene is. Further, just googling "scene at end of Finding Dory," which I did as the credits started to roll, will tell you if it's worth waiting around, without giving away the scene.

Finally saw "Finding Dory!" Great movie!!! Could little Dory be ANY cuter!? Loved this awesome sequel.

I have to say I thought it was fantastic...

The story was a rehash but it had as much heart as you could want.

I thought Degeneres and Ed O'Neil did a fantastic job In particular...

And Andrew Stanton and Pete Doctor are amazing at how they can get so much feeling into their movies.

Truly great assets for Pixar/Disney

My DD9 and I saw this last night and it was adorable. I was never a fan of Finding Nemo but this movie was wonderful.

I LOVED Gerald, Hank and Becky.

Great movie! My family just saw it yesterday and my kids are 19 and 13 years old. We all enjoyed it. :cool1:

I really liked how the writer Andrew, did a wonderful job of sharing Dory's background and it was a wonderful new adventure for the main characters. Most sequels are a big disappointment. NOT this one! And as someone else stated even if someone had not seen Finding Nemo, the story can stand on its own.:thumbsup2

I thought it was cute/nice but I would rank it behind 14 other Pixar movies.

That being said it was still a "good" movie but for me it was just more on the ok side of good rather than great side of good.
