Running/walking for 46 minutes today brings me to 240/1200.
Stretching with Bob Anderson's book.
Skiing again. Had a nasty fall... on the green. Also convinced ski patrol I was an idiot when I chickened out on another run and ended up hiking a good 75 yards uphill to go the other way. But fun day regardless.

I'm sorry for all the injuries everyone has. February is always a tough month for me. We may live in Florida but we live in the "colder" part and it's just nothing but cold and rain this time of year.
