There is no bus from the MK to FW just the boat. Unless of course there is some other issue like weather.

If you take a bus from a park (no the MK) or DTD or drive to FW the bus will drop you off up front or you park up front and you have to take an internal bus back to the BBQ.

If you boat its just a short walk from the marina.

Go to MK then take the boat. Trust me this is the fastest way. We stayed at Fort Wilderness on our last trip. The BBQ is closest to the boat launch. You will be able to walk to the BBQ from the launch. If you take a bus, you will have to transfer to an internal bus. It is very time consuming as they are not always waiting. Fort Wilderness is huge; so, you definitely want the boat. When we would leave MK at night, there would be tons of people waiting for buses. The boat launch for the resort would only have a few people. We never had to wait for more than 10 minutes for a boat. You might want to bring a jacket because the boat can be a little chilly with the wind at night (depending on the season).
