These rooms will have the "outer skin" between the two rooms on the balcony. This skin is on the outside of the balcony.

Have you seen this exterior photo?

Not all deck 10 verandas connect. Do you assume they will? Do you need them to? Will you survive if they don't?
No one is sure on 10 which verandas do connect. You need to call DCL. I'm not sure they even know.

Thank you so much for your reply!!! I believe I did ask on the phone if the veranda's connected. I am going to double check now lol. They are connecting rooms and I believe the veranda connects.

I would like to know from someone who stayed on the 10th floor if their veranda got any sun? Or was it always in the shade due to the over hang?

Is the "skin" starting on deck 9? It looks like deck 10 might not have the obstruction.

Thanks Again for your reply!!!!

We hated deck 10 due to the very large overhang from 11. . We have since booked deck nine and really love it

Was the veranda always in the shade.... want to know what to expect? I think it is too late to change decks at this point and still end up with connecting rooms.

Unfortunately I have read reports of deck 10 cabins that have an inside connecting door to adjoining room, yet the verandas did not connect. Go figure. It's due to structural supports for deck 11 overhang. I believe the fixed supports with no veranda connectivity are ever 2 or 4 cabins. This is along the sides of the ship. You would think DCL would have this info available. :confused3

Bump.... please can someone tell me if there is sun on the veranda of deck 10? Or does the over hang cause constant shade?

Some sun but not as much as 9. The overhang is basically like an awning protecting you from the sun. On the Dream we were 10132. The noise from 11 was noticeable but I sorta got used to it. Do it once. Maybe you will love it as some do. For me nine is just now the sweet spot.
