All of the reports I've seen have indicated that the Blue Bayou viewing area is ground sitting only. There have been a handful of reports indicating that guests could opt to stand, but only in the very back of the viewing area. Most folks have also reported that the Blue Bayou viewing area wasn't terribly crowded. It's located front and center, so it has the "best" view of the show. The FP viewing areas are to the left, right, and behind of the dining package viewing areas. There are some very good views from with the FP viewing areas, but it's almost all standing room only (some have reported that they could sit if they were close to the railing/RoA) and some of it can be off to the side or at odd angles.
At this point, we do not know when the parade will be shown (I'm guessing you're asking about Paint the Night, which will debut for the 60th). You can usually watch the fireworks and the second F! without to much difficulty (in terms of timing, it's always a hassle to get from MS to the RoA at that time - just be patient). If they use the old MSEP schedule as a template, I think it will be possible to see all three, but it might not be easy. It all depends on when the parade starts, but they will have to have the parade off the route before fireworks start, so I'm guessing that the parade will start first, then finish up just before fireworks are slated to start. So you'll need to select your parade and fireworks viewing locations to be nearly the same. This is all conjecture at this point, but that's my best guess.
