How do we make sure that all three rooms in our party are seated together for dinner. Note: we booked all three rooms together in one booking does that make it automatic?

You need to link your reservations together. Call DCL and tell them to link your reservations and that you would like to sit together for dinner

As long as the reservations are linked together u can book your excursions together and they will do their best to sit your party all at one table.. At the very least all in the same area all on the same dining rotation.

Each room has it's own reservation number and is considered a separate reservation, even if one person booked them all at the same time. You need to make sure that your reservations are linked. That way you will be seated together at dinner.

As to excursions, the booking window(s) for those depend on what the highest level of Castaway Club member is in each room. First time cruisers window opens at 75 days out. If you have one room with, say, a Silver CC member in it, that room's booking window will open at 90 days out. You will be able to see all people in your linked reservations when booking an excursion, but the ones whose window hasn't opened yet will be greyed out (un-selectable) until their window opens.
