Most lows at night are in the 40's, but we have hit 36 a few times. Highs are in the 50s or 60's.

Now! Imagine my surprise when I got home today to find that Belle had gotten into the dining room, found the Thanksgiving decorations I bought yesterday and she really was impressed with the Hershey Miniatures because she ate them all!!!Chocolate is poisonous for dogs...quick trip to Vets..upchuck...$130 bill! I SHOULD HAVE PACKED THE STUFF THIS MORNING! BUT I DIDN't HAVE A BOX!

Belle is gated in the kitchen, ignores the other room, my guess is that the sun warmed up the dining room, letting the delicious chocolate smell waft into the kitchen and thus temp Belle!:confused3Who knows, but I'm back to square one...plenty of time left!

::yes:: DH has a business trip next week, so makes it easy to get ready and pack and everything. Can't wait :hyper: And we get to fly first class this time, so extra special.

I went to 5 stores today, looking for fall/Thanksgiving things. It was so disappointing! I found Halloween stuff on clearance, and aisles and aisles of Christmas decor. I love Christmas, but I also like decorating for fall, and there seems to be less and less available every year. Am I just looking in the wrong places? I went to Michaels, Target, Ross, Marshalls, and Pier 1. Out of all the stores, Pier 1 had the most, but it was by far the most expensive. Where are you guys finding fall stuff?

I'll try Kohls. We don't have a WalMart. Thanks for the tip, Nancy!

The stores near me are carrying less Fall/Thanksgiving items as well. Walmart has a bunch of things.
