Sorry to ask so many questions but I am trying to choose
between the cat 7 and cat 6.

Its $200 more to upgrade to a cat 6 for us.

I thought the cat 6 would all be open with plexiglass covered rails,
which would be easier to see from while sitting down as well
as for my DD age 6. Then when I looked at the catagories at
the castaway website it shows some cat 6 with solid metal,
no plexiglass. Which are those? I don't want to pay for a
cat 6 if thats what I am getting.

Could someone please explain where these metal only rail cabins
    are??

    Thanks so much!

Most of the category 6 verandas are the plexiglass ones.

My personal preference is for the Cat 6 rooms, but there are some who really like that enclosed veranda.

    u can get a cat 6 verandah at a cat 7 price

go to www.castawayclub.com and look under staterooms

Disney recently Down graded some state rooms from cat 5 to cat 7 they have the regular verandah but partially obstructed

there r 4 rooms that I know of
and the numbers are 6634,6134 7620,7120

If u go to the site I mentioned u can see actual pictures of the rooms and the Slight obstruction ...

Dont be afraid to ask for a certian stateroom when u book
if it is available u can have it.....
HEY if u can save the $200.00 GOOD Luck

    they book up fast......

We have stayyed in 7120, and have 6634 booked for next cruise So we pay for cat 7 and get cat 6
