I did new Firm work out from the BSS3 series called Fat Blasting Cardio.
I did not want to, nope I did not. But I did it anyway. I started out my morning by crawling out of bed to do the 20 minute Winsor Pilates cd. Yup! I felt so much better for it. I don't think that I will get to do much more. I must report back to work tonight for a bit so it is not looking promising. We'll see.
Is there anyone else jumping in on this great day?

2 mile WATP for me.
TigerLily has gotten me interested in pulling my Pilates dvd back out though. I think I might do that tonight!
1/2hr walk outside before work
i made it over 10,000 steps today
I walked for a mile and a half again today at lunch. It was a bit chilly but I think that made me walk faster.
I did two workouts, jogging in the morning (4.1 miles in 39 minutes) and Curves after work. I really had to drag myself to Curves after an ugly commute, but it was worth it in the end, to know that I've kept up my workouts.
