Today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 15 minutes on the stepper, 15 minutes on the aerobic glider and swam for 30 minutes. Who's next???

This morning I did 30 mins on the treadmill (2 miles) a couple of leg machines, 6 mins on the bike and a 15 min abs class. After that I worked for 4 1/2 hours in the childcare area of the gym--we had over 200 kids this morning so that was quite a workout as well. Anyone else?

It's time for me to start reporting in on a regular basis! 40 minutes on the treadmill today per my training program

60 min on my bicycle for me today. Still not feeling too great, so still taking it kind of easy, but even going easy felt like a workout today!

I forgot to post my workout yesterday. It took me until 4 to finally get it in. I ran 3.4 miles on the treadmill.
