33 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I'm still on the #1 resistance setting. Once I get to 35 minutes, I'm thinking of boosting it to #2 and I'll aim for 30 minutes again. Who's next?
Back from curves - spent 45 minutes on the circuits and on the stretching machine.
I did 30 minutes WaTP
Walked for 55 minutes!
30 Minutes WATP, 30 Minute walk so far. 45 minutes treadmil planned for the evening
Ran a couple of miles on the treadmill at the 7.0 incline, 150 crunches
I did the 30 minute, 2-mile WATP, and I had done 10 treadmill minutes (my TM time got cut short!). I'm going to try the 4-mile WATP tomorrow. . .not sure about that!

It's so much harder to exercise when you are so heavy! Ugh.
