    im posting late, but did 45 minutes cardio kickboxing today.

    Also posting late, but did 25 min on elliptical and 8 min on stairmaster then stretching and abs. Although I did work out really hard because I couldn't get in my usual 60 min of cardio b/c I was late to the gym!

    Two workouts for me on Tuesday, running (4.26 miles in 37:08) and Curves, both in the afternoon.
