    I am getting back to the WISH after a long hiatus filled with buying our first home and having our first child. This morning I did my Walk Strong video.

    jogged/walked the 4 mile loop in 55 min.(3/1 interval for 44 min. )

    30 minutes bike, 10 minutes circuit

    My sister worked out together at Curves, and took a 2.4-mile (total) walk there and back.

    Sorry I am late in posting but worked out yesterday afternoon and didn't get on line last night.

    Tuesday I did 45 minutes on the treadmill for 2.38 miles

    I am late too!!

    4 cycles at Curves, usual crunches, reverse crunches and leg scissors, 90 minutes roller skating.
