jogged/walked the 4 mile loop in 55 min.(3/1 interval for 44 min. ) and whoa minniespal! you changed your princesses! *in shock*

30 minutes bike, 10 minutes circuit Day number two of eating for a better me -- I made it through day one successful!!! Yeah.

Sorry I am late in posting but worked out yesterday afternoon and didn't get on line last night. Tuesday I did 45 minutes on the treadmill for 2.38 miles

I am late too!! 4 cycles at Curves, usual crunches, reverse crunches and leg scissors, 90 minutes roller skating.
