I am getting back to the WISH after a long hiatus filled with buying our first home and having our first child. This morning I did my Walk Strong video.
I did the WATP 3 mile walk this morning.

jogged/walked the 4 mile loop in 55 min.(3/1 interval for 44 min. )

Day number two of eating for a better me -- I made it through day one successful!!! Yeah.
I did 4 cycles at Curves.
Tae-Bo Kickboxing video plus other toning stuff--30 minutes total!
My sister worked out together at Curves, and took a 2.4-mile (total) walk there and back.
Sorry I am late in posting but worked out yesterday afternoon and didn't get on line last night.
Tuesday I did 45 minutes on the treadmill for 2.38 miles
