I believe WATP stands for "Walk Away The Pounds", someone correct me if I'm wrong - I've never done it.

Today I did 60 minutes of TaeBo Cardio Circuit and 25 girlie pushups. May get in some weights later tonight.

3 workouts for me: running in the morning (4.27 miles in 38:37), a 2.4-mile walk, and a Curves workout.
