I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the air glider and 25 minutes of swimming.

30 mins on the treadmill for me today. Today is my quick day, since I have to be home from the gym in time for DH to get ready for work.
I did Tami Lee Webb's I want those arms and abs.
I went jogging this morning, 4.1 miles in 40 minutes. With my new job, I'm getting up at 5:15 am to run each morning - and it's dark the entire time. A little weird, but at least I have a safety reflector vest to wear.
Today was the firm max cardio burn
Anyone else burn some calories today?
I ran 4.2 miles on the treadmill.
Also did arm weights.
I walked for an hour!
I'm back at it !! Hopefully I will be stopping by this thread more often.....you know....like everyday!!
Anyway....did WATP and pilates tapes today !! Really enjoy my new pilates tapes!
