This morning I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the cross trainer.

Yeah! Finally back from working for the election team! I walked 3 miles with hubby! Next?..................
Not yet, but I thought I'd post anyway. Just a little bit can make a difference. If I come here to look and make myself think about it I find myself more likely to do SOMEthing. I hope to be back with my accomplishments.

I finished my 3 mile walk today.

I went jogging this morning, 4.1 miles in 39 minutes.

This morning I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and 20 minutes on the cross trainer.
I did not get out for my afternoon walk because the weather was so horrid, but I did get on the treadmill in the evening for 30 minutes for a brisk walk and an occasional jog.
