    I did the Firm, Total Muscle Workout. And it kicked my butt!!!!

    40 minutes of Firm CardioSculpt...my shoulder tightened up too much and I couldn't finish. :guilty:

    Four cycles at Curves and about a hald hour roller skating. Hoped to do more, but my cousin was there with her newborn. Spent time talking with her.
