    I rode my bike for the first time this year. I went about 2.5 miles. Man, is my butt sore. It seems no matter how much padding I have back there, it's never enough for that bike seat. :confused3

    I did 100 crunches, 35 reverse crunches, 35 leg scissors and 2 1/2 hours roller skating.

    DH and I took a good bike ride (and managed to miss most of the rain), 22.2 miles with an average speed of 11.7 mph.

    I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 135 crunches, and played in a Mother Daughter basketball game :rotfl: next????
