Exercise Thread for Saturday, October 9

    Today I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, 40 minutes swimming, 10 minutes on the aerobic glider and 10 minutes on the stepper.

    Who's next??

    Wow - no one else yet?

    I worked out at Curves this morning. I found the workout a little harder than usual, but I still pushed myself through to the finish - and it was worth it. :D

    Thanks for asking! Actually, we didn't make it onto the ship... the cruise was delayed two days due to Hurricane Jeanne (we found out during our layover on the way to FL), so we rode out the storm at the Wilderness Lodge. We had a great time, and realized that we would have a much better time spending a week at WDW than on a shortened cruise - so we stayed! It was our first visit to WDW, and it was absolutely perfect. I'm not sure when we'll make it back to WDW, but I know we'll return - staying at the Wilderness Lodge for sure!

    I managed to exercise every day while at WDW, thanks to the Sturdy Branches workout room at WL. :p It was hard to wake up early each morning to fit in the workout, but it was definitely worth it - after a week of eating fabulous food all around the parks and resorts, I actually lost 2 pounds!
