This morning I did 45 minutes of spinning and swam for 45 minutes.

I did 30 minutes on the treadill this morning
I did the 55 minute Billy Blanks "Basic Boot Camp" video. YEESH! It almost did me in!

I worked out at Curves this morning.
I went jogging for 34 minutes.
Did my 60 minutes.. 30 cardio/aerobic and 30 toning. WooHoo! Ya know, I hate getting up to do it, but I feel sooooo good when I'm done.

I did 4 cycles at Curves Plus extra blocks (60 mimutes).
Then rollerskating with DD for 150 minutes
