Hi everyone,

I think I'm fairly computer literate, but gosh darn it - I can't find where DCL moved the itinerary with the pre-arrival guide, and all of our activities listed. They seems to have made a change since mid-December when I last printed the full itinerary. I've made a couple of changes to spa reservations, etc. and would love a fresh new copy, but can't locate our activities "at a glance"

I can drill down to each individual day, but I really wanted all the activities in a list broken down by day. Has anyone had any luck finding such a thing anymore? Much appreciated!

Unfortunately, I don't think that option is available anymore. I printed mine a few months ago, and I also wanted to print an updated copy last week, but I couldn't find it anywhere....and I clicked every possible link looking for it!

Thanks, Jackie - it's not a big deal, although kind of a pain. I'm just glad to know that someone else has had the same problem!

I just logged on a few days ago..............I do not like the changes. I can't find anything.

The DCL website wasn't very user friendly to begin with, now it is horrid.

I was thinking it was just me. Thanks for letting me know it is them and not just me. :surfweb:

Call Disney cruise, one of the options is help with our web site. I had a problem a few months ago and once I reported the problem it was fixed in a few days.

I've gotten an itinerary printed recently. I have to go back on the website and retrace my steps but I'll post them once I do it.

That would be so great! I know that Shoreside Concierge could also probably email me an updated itinerary, but I thought I'd try to solve it myself first. I'll play around a little more in the meantime and see what I can see. Thanks!

Up until today, I could log on to my reservations and then click on "explore activities". That would pull up the daily activity and excursion page where you could add and modify excursions and see when the ship activities like pirate night were. Today I've been trying all morning and the "explore activities" link just takes me back to the main reservation page.

I was going to suggest calling them too. Maybe they haven't realized it yet and and could fix it if people complain. That seems an important feature that is missing.

I just printed mine this morning. Here's what I did

Go to my reservation
then click on Explore Activities - The tool that allows you to add activities comes up
The click on any day but not the add activities area. A list of the days activities comes up and at the bottom is a "View Details" link. Click it.
The window changes to a kind of calendar view and there is a print on the right hand side.
The print pull down allows for printing the one day or the entire itinerary.

Hopefully this helps.

Yes, thank you. I had the same issue. Unfortunately, this was not an obvious process the way the website is set up. Poorly designed is an understatement.

I found it by accident actually so I am glad it helped. I was trying to add a new activity and kept coming up with the viewing of my activities so I clicked details figuring well maybe that's how I add something new and Voila!
