Things to do with small child??

Our family went on the Eastern Itinerary years ago and had a great time on St. John. We took a ferry over to the Baths, Virgin Gorda and had a blast. This time around we will have our almost 3 year old with us. I am looking for advice on fun things to do with a small child on St. Maarten or St. Thomas?
