easier to get AP rate in north wing CR, then in tower? Or the same?

Hi, are a person's chances better for an AP rate in the north wing at CR than in the tower? Or would the chances be the same?

Everytime I have inquired(about 6 times) both were available. The price might be the only difference. I recall when we went the garden wing was a lot cheaper.

When I book CR at a cast rate, the wing rooms/standards are the first to go and the hardest to get. Since standard rooms are only in the wings, that is the lowest price you pay at the CR. I booked my 2 rooms for September 2005 and was so surprised to get the standard wing rooms. I tried last summer and called 10 months in advance and up until we left and nothing ever openned. Tower rooms were always available when I called.
