With the closing of the remote sales locations at the off site mall locations, DVD has opened new offices at WDW.

BWV in the community building, BLT, and Kidani now have sales and support CM's and Guides. In addition to sales, they can reprint member ID cards on site.

I can confirm the information on Kidani. Dh forgot his DVC card and when he asked at the DVC stand in the lobby, they made a phone call and just a few minutes later he had a new card in his hand.:thumbsup2

Where is the community building at BWV?

DH and I recently became DVC members through the purchase of a resale contract, but we have yet to receive our member cards in the mail. We'll be at BWV for two nights in June before moving to Saratoga Springs, so it would be nice to pick up the ID cards at BWV if they don't come in the mail before then.

Behind the resort next to the canal, between the main pool and the tennis courts. It's where the quiet pool and BBQ are located.

Thanks! My husband recently lost his card and he was pretty sad about it.
