We are planing a cruise on the Dream for 2014. My kids are extremely shy and do not like strangers. With that said does anyone know how many tables there are that will only seat four? And has anyone ever request a table for just a party of four and not gotten the request?

    Thanks for your help

Yes call DCL & ask them to note on your reservation that you are requesting a table for 4, just your family. No worries! :grouphug:

They do have tables for 4. Request them. Then when you get onboard you should go double check to see if your request was granted. There will be a place and time on your navigator that you will get at port.

There are hundreds of tables that seat 4. Each serving team normally has a 4 top, a 6 top, and an 8 top table.

Call DCL and have the request noted--ignore the "this is only a request" speech. Thank them. After boarding, go to "Dining Changes" at the location noted on the Welcome Aboard navigator that you can get in the terminal (used to be handed one at check in, most recently they were in holders on tables and you had to take one). Confirm that your request was met or ask if it can be met at that time.
