Don't know where to start??

    I already have an excercise video from DENISE AUSTIN, so I'm good in that dept but I don't know what eating PLAN to follow and I love the convenience of the premade meals I can get at the grocery store. So do I go with WW or SBD? I also hate breakfast and need some help in that dept too!! TIA :sunny:

    :welcome: jennifer to WISH! i applaud your on taking your first steps on your healthy lifestyle journey by having a means of exercising and then joining us here :woohoo: WISH is a great place to find motivation, accountability, information, and encouragment.

    I personally like WW, i belong to the online program. I like the flexibility of choosing what i can eat, but using the program for portion control and moderation. i don't do well on program where i feel certain foods are 'off limits' b/c then i feel deprived and eat more of it than i would've anyways. some folks like the list of what to eat so they don't have to think about it, just pick something and eat. i would suggest reading up on both; trying the one you feel suits you best and then be open to switching if it isn't working well for you. once you have decided on a plan to start with, we can help you with breakfast options, ok?
