Dolphin swim for kids NOT through Disney (Costa Maya, Grand Cayman)

Is there a good dolphin experience for kids (age 5) in Costa Maya or Grand Cayman that we can arrange privately (not through Disney)? Ideally, it would be one where we could truly swim with the dolphin (get pulled by the dorsal fin).

For those that have done the Dolphin Encounter & Turtle Farm through Disney in Grand Cayman, is it worth it? We are only there from 11:30 - 4:45 and the experience is 3.5 - 4 hours. With tender time, that's pretty much all we'd be able to do.

We used Dolphin Discovery in Grand Cayman. I believe to do the swim the child must be eight years old, though. Since they don't have a contract with DCL, it was easy to arrange with the company.
