Dollar: Cancellation policy?

    Does anyone know Dollar Car Rentals cancellation policy? I can't seem to find it anywhere on their website.

    I've never known a car rental company to have a cancellation policy. You don't give them a credit card when you book the car, so there's really nothing they can do.

    It's just a matter of courtesy to let them know if you are not going to need the car.

    Yah, I called Dollar to confirm thier cancelation policy and they said to just "give them a call" and it woudln't be a problem.

    Which is why they sometimes don't have the car you reserved ready for you when you arrive. They plan on a certain amount of no-shows.
