Does white house/black market ever have good sales?

I saw an outlet near me this weekend (Philadelphia Premium Outlets). It probably won't help you, but they do exist!

The outlets are out there. There is one in Grove City, PA also. The prices are much cheaper.

I've been to the Outlet in Grove City PA - last Sept they had an awesome sale - EVERYTHING in the store was $49 and under - most were $29 or $19. I got a great cocktail dress for $29 - now all I need is an occasion to wear it

I actually love their store and I am always able to find cheap sale stuff. I just got a pair of heels for $30 where I would have had to pay much more anywhere else and I got a super cute cocktail dress for $50.
