Does anyone know anything about southern dunes in celebration?

We are planning to rent a condo in Southern Dunes in Celebration area. Is anyone familiar with that area, our plans are not confirmed yet. We wondered about the area itself in terms of congestion and traffic to and from the parks as well as the neighborhood.

The only Southern Dunes I know of is not in Celebration but down the 27S near the junction of the I-4 /27 Haines City area .Access to the parks is best via the I-4.I t is a recent development and quite nice -has a Wal-Mart at its entrance.Some people feel it is too far from the parks but I have not stayed there so have not made the journey ans really cannot say.
