Good or bad? Their website shows a pretty low commission rate compared to some of the other sites I've seen (for up to a 200 point contract, the rate is $888 or 8.8% whichever is lower.) I of course want to keep as much of any money I get back as I can if I sell. Does anyone know if this guy is legit or a shister?

    Thanks for any information!

I tried to get in touch with him with regards to a listing he had on his site. It took him 7 days to get back to me and I had emailed him twice. Didn't seem like he was too interested. By that point I had changed my mind about buying so I didn't go any further. Wasn't a good first impression.

Hopefully he is legit. I am in the middle of ROFR. Been over two weeks and have heard nothing. He was hard to get a hold of, but did return my calls. I think email is the quickest. Hopefully I will hear good news.....

Does anyone else have some experience with this broker? We're considering an add-on, and he has one that we're interested in. We've mostly been in touch via e-mails, but he has called once, and it was on a Saturday.

:D Thinking about an add on and haven't been HOME yet!

I'm working with him on buying a resale (add-on) now. I wouldn't rate him the highest on keeping in touch, but if you leave him a vm message, I find that he responds in a reasonable amount of time. I would venture to say it's a 1 or 2 person operation and may be stretched thin at times.

I submitted a contract to buy at the end of last week and sent the escrow check early this week. I haven't heard from him yet as to whether it has gone do Disney yet for ROFR processing and I haven't had time to check in with him on it. It would be nice if he'd let me know where things are in the process without having to ask.

Other than that, he's been ok. You should do a search on the board for previous posts. It seems like I've seen comments on his operation before. I don't remember anything unfavorable.

It doesn't hurt to list with him. It's basically an open listing so you can still sell on your own. I listed points with him and never heard a thing from him until 3 months after I had sold and closed on my own. Then again if he did sell it, I would be on him constantly to get everything done in an appropriate time frame. Time is of the essence in all types of transactions and he just doesn't seem to have much motivation to get the job done.

Thanks for all the information. I've gone ahead and posted a classified on one of the internet timeshare group sites out there, maybe I'll get some response that way. I'm not in any real hurry so I'll go that route first. I can kind of understand that if you are a one or two man operation and you advertise on the internet, you can probably be swamped with calls/emails with your business, but I also feel that if you are going to go that route, you need to be able to respond to questions from clients in 2-3 days tops. I recently went through an internet site to purchase a toddler bed for my son (they were the middle man between me and Little Tikes Corp.). Their pricing was good but there customer service was almost non-existant because they were probably so inundated with orders. I guess sometimes it is better to pay a little extra to a company if you know they have the resources to keep up with their demand.

Agree Lee's not a great communicator (not even a fair communicator). The process lagged with my last add-on but the price was much better than other listings. I think the rofr is bogging down the process but I would have loved to know what was goin on.
