Does anyone have experience with both Nikon 18-135 and 18-105vr?

I am wondering if it would be worth it to try the 18-105mmVR? I have the 18-135mm and I like it but am wondering if having VR would that much better? I am looking at a refurbed 18-105mm for half the price of a new one.
