Do I have to eat at California Grill

Do I have to eat here to use their observation deck for fireworks or can I eat at any of the resturants at the Contemporary and still use that deck? Thanks Sheila

Sorry, it's California Grill patrons only (whether currently seated for dinner or having had an earlier meal on that day) on the upper deck, which is located just outside the California Grill.

All others can use the fourth-floor observation deck, which is open to the general population.
