Do 1yrs count in rooms?

Dh and I are planning on taking dd and her two little ones, next april. One will be 2 and the other 1. Will Disney count our group as 5? The baby will sleep in a packnplay.
 
The one yr. old will not count against the occupancy of the room. As far as Disney is concerned, you will be a party of 4.
