DMR Account reset?!

Hi all ~ not sure if this is the right section for this...

I signed on to my DMR account to retrieve points from Wreck-It Ralph stubs and found that my account has been reset???? It recognized my log in, asked me to accept the terms & conditions then when I confirmed, my points are back at 0 and they are welcoming me to DMR.

What. is. going. on.

When I click "these aren't my points!" it says they have sent me an email, when in fact, they have not.

Anyone else facing this?

Wait a day or two and log in again (and contact them again). the Disney Store dot com had the same issue (said I didn't have an account) - they still do so I recreated my account.
