I completely agree. I am having similar problems with the back and forth because I am a manual wheelchair user - and this means I need to get a return ticket to be able to get in line for some attractions. There needs to be more kiosks, especially with Toontown. But that is something I expect to see changing in the future - adding kiosks is easy. The inconsistency and need to explain my medical needs to CM after CM is getting old fast. And even when I have the DAS, they see only the wheelchair, tell me the queue is accessible, so I just go there. I then have to ask what would they do if I walked up to them and said the same thing - and they always pause and think about it and say "we would accommodate your needs." The wheelchair really throws them off. I do not mind the new system as a concept, but it is taking me 4-5 hours to ride 2 attractions (with wait times 10-15 mins for everything but racers yesterday). That is NOT magical.
