Worked for me also, although I normally just log in through dvcmember.com. I think in the end both sites take you to the same place.
Disney's IT shop is not exactly state of the art so.... anything can and will happen!
For several months earlier a while back if you had more then one contract you couldn't see vacation details... they "broke" it while doing some improvment.
(And people want them to implement on-line booking)
For all the amazing and groundbreaking things Disney has done, I agree, they havent exactly 'got the hang' of the 'net yet IMO
Have you tried using a different browser to access the site? Firefox doesn't always work with DVC... I'm on a Mac... but Safari will usually open the site.
Don't know if that is your particular issue, but thought I'd mention it, just in case.
It actually was an issue for a short time today. I happened to also try and log in and had a problem and called. The message from IT was that it was a global problem. I tried an hour or so later an it was working again.
Separate names with a comma.
