Disney's "New" website is driving me MAD!

    Trying to make dining reservations is maddening! First, the drop down menu works only occasionally. Second, half of the time it won't even give you correct information! After a day of making our upcoming reservations, I am DONE!:sad2:

    I have had a lot of trouble with it over the last month. After taking what semes to be an hour to get the proper restaurant, date, time and party size, I finally go to confirm, and 50% of the time I get a server is busy message. It drives me crazy.

    This morning I noticed a little link at the bottom of the page that reads something like, 'Full site.' I found if I clicked that I went back to a version I was more familiar with. Is there an option like that available to you?

    Sorry, can't get to the 'new' website on the computer I'm on now.

    I started using the app on my iPhone today and it works sooo much better. I agree - that site is horrible.

    Yes! I posted the same thing last week! I can't believe how awful the new site is. Really, just horrible. I used to spend hours planning and figuring, and now I try to figure what I need to, as fast as I can, which is about impossible.

    Sorry!

    Here are the steps I follow:

    Open Disney.com

    In the upper left corner are a number of small horizontal lines. I click those.

    Click 'Parks & Travel'

    Click 'Walt Disney World'

    Scroll to the very bottom of the page and in small letters in the dark blue area is 'Full Site'

    When I click that it takes me to the old site I'm familiar with. I choose 'Where to Eat' and am able to book dining reservations there.

    Hope this helps!!

    PS - I'm using Firefox. Not sure if that makes a difference?

    Even more maddening is trying to get all the reservations linked in their Disney Experience app. Once it works, it's a thing of beauty; getting to that point is one of Dante's circles!!!:confused3:confused3

    its awful. I made all my ADRs and none are showing up in my account. then i log out and back in and i see them. then the next day i get the old site and they arent there. then the next day i get the new site and half are there. its crap. :mad:

    OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHH!!! You are going in under "Disney.com"....I always go directly to waltdisneyworld.com!!!;)

    It works now!!! Best kept secret!:banana:

    YAY!!! So glad it helped! Our 180 day window opens Sunday so I'll be busy booking all our reservations then.

    Has anybody else experienced a problem with the dining reservation website today? I have not been able to make any reservations.

    I was able to make all my reservations at 180+10 this morning using my daughter's IPad. When I used the IPad, it was the old system. I was only able to make reservations for my arrival date using my laptop.
