This is somewhat off topic but I thought those of you who are coming out to CA for the MR cruises might be interested.

There is a liquidation company that sells DL theme park merchandise at a reduced cost. They have a permanent location 3.5 miles from Disneyland. http://mapq.st/gS6sWP

    Fullerton:
    Disney's Character Warehouse Outlet Store
    243 Orangefair Mall
    Fullerton, CA 92832
    (714) 870-9363

We signed up to be on their e-mail list when we were in the store and occasionally receive e-mails for an additional 10% off. It looks like you can also sign up for the mailing list on their website.

It is hit and miss as far as what you will find there (think of TJ Maxx/Marshalls) but, if you are in the area and have the time, it might be worth the trip.

Amen to that. Sometimes we find something to buy, sometimes we don't.

Other interesting things in that area: In-N-Out Burger, Ruby's Diner, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, See's Candy (a "quantity discount" See's location), Spaghetti Factory, Heroes Bar & Grill, Fullerton Amtrak station (Pacific Surfliner and Southwest Chief stop there), Costco, Target, Henry's Market.

They tend to have a lot of seasonal stuff. They should soon have items with 2010 on them. They also tend to have a lot of grad night stuff and items from other themed nights (Halloween, Christmas, etc.).

I remember they sold a decent amount of the 50th Anniversary merchandise (including the golden Mickey ears). I would expect to see 55th Anniversary merchandise next year.
