Disneyland Website Problems?

I am desperately trying to log into the Annual Pass portion of the Disneyland website. I wanted to check hotel prices for a planned trip in January. For the past two days, every time I log into the site, I am redirected to a page asking me to update my information. I have tried to fill out the form, but the boxes for my email, password, and birthday are blacked out. I can't type anything in, and I can't proceed until the entire form is filled in.

I have tried on two different computers, using both Chrome and Firefox.

I have sooo many problems with the Disneyland website. For awhile it kept telling me I had the wrong email or password and no matter how many times i reset my password it still wouldn't work. i finally had to sign up with a new email for my profile and *fingers crossed*, I haven't had any more trouble.
