My reservation is for this coming Sunday through Thursday... are you saying I can call them and request a tower??
I like the Fantasy tower, too, but the Adventure tower has generally been the shortest walk for us. You're almost in DTD. If you go in/out the DTD-side entrance, you're just right there.Fantasy is the shortest walk to the parks. We stayed on the 10th or 11th floor (I can't remember) in a standard room, which means overlooking the parking lot. But we did have a 'slice' of a view of Critter Country and BTMM when we looked east out of our window. We had to stand right at the window to see it, but there it was!
We don't care about 'views' because we're only there to sleep, swim, or change clothes. IMHO, it's just not worth the extra $$$.
I agree! It's hard to go wrong at DLH. It's such a fun hotel! We were just there in frontier tower. I really liked it. We were on the 5th floor with a direct view of the pool Disneyland sign and trees. I liked the view, bug others may not. We had requested adventure tower. It seems like all the towers would be good. We were happy to get a big room with the couch. We loved the hotel.
Yes, you can! Call the hotel directly, not the Disney reservations line. You can always put in a request, but there are no guarantees. It's worth a shot. It worked for us!
